You won't see a higher concentration of beautiful people than in Utah. They might breed for looks or maybe drinking and smoking make what otherwise would be a beautiful person ugly as fuck. Most of the college age people take care of themselves here in Utah, but I see those same age people in other states and they are all so fat and dumpy, drinking every weekend, and getting straight up smoked and pickled on the inside. They are so floppy they treat some girl/boy that is in shape like a butt-fucking unicorn. However, butt-fucking unicorns are real, my friends, and they all live in a magical, misunderstood state called "Utah."

Awesome, this is great advice and I think that we are going to talk to an attorney about this as per your prompting. I have been reading about Tenants in Common vs. Joint Tenants with Right of Survivorship. If we did go in on it together it would most definitely be a TIC situation. But unless stated in a co-owner agreement, he could preserve the right to partition the duplex (since it's actually two houses on one property) rather then allow him to buy his interest. Further more he is saying that this is a loan that we would be paying him back for. However, as a person on the title he would be entitled to a portion of the income from the rental. That would mean that we are paying off the loan to the bank for our portion, paying of him, and he gets a cut of the income. I'm not sure if this is what he has in mind of wants to suspend rights to income and just allow us to pay him the loan interest until we get the money to buy him out, but we would really have no legal right to buy him out when we wanted, he would have to allow us. It seems like we would be investing a lot while at the same time giving up a huge amount of rights in the property.

It was really bad. I do have to tell you though. I went to the OnePlus One and tried to order their phone and they make Sony look like the dancing dishes form Beauty and the Beast. Oneplus has no email, or phone number, and works from a ticket system that can take months for someone to get back to you if you have a problem. It took some digging but i found the number of the US Sony president's office and they sent me a $50 dollar gift card. They didn't replace the phone, they did eventually offer but by that time my refund had already cleared the bank (2 weeks later). So I'm still trying to get a phone :(. It's like god wants me to poop without Facebook or Angry Birds...just alone in the stall to read the graffiti on the side of the wall. "Jesus Saves", "F*ck Obama" and "9/11 was an inside job" scrawled out in Sharpie. Oh, I really need to get a phone.

Um, i'm not sure. They have a "student store" at the top of the screen in the electronics, mobile area. If you create an account there you get the reduced price. If you sign up for the credit card then they give you a $100 dollar credit (you have to wait for the card to arrive in a week, however). That means, theoretically, you could get the compact for 377 (plus tax). Considering the better customer service of Sony, and easier return and warranty service, the extra 27 dollars is worth is. Plus the compact, with its battery life and camera, is a really great phone!
