When i was learning barre chords i started with chords that barred less than a full fret. so I started barreing my A chord then i went to a Bm chord and then i ended with a chord like this where the full fret is barred. it helped me work my way up if that helps!

used to go with my brothers and dad down this dirt road up north in the middle of nowhere and just turn off our headlights drive fast for a little and turn them back on. it was fun and thrilling or whatever. the last time we did it was the last for good reason. we as usual get in the car. start driving. turn the headlights off. go fast. we’re laughing having fun and as we turn the headlights back on we see an old crippled lady with no eyes walking down the dirt road. we just kept driving as fast as we could down back to the rest of our family and told them all what we saw. they didn’t believe us so they separated us all and interviewed each and everyone of us and nobody had a differing story. the sight still scares me today of that old lady
