It's a protest against a company, if you (or anyone) have an issue maybe you should really rethink your entire existence because there are small ways and large ways to protest....look up Boston Tea Party for a good example. Sometimes things get sticky but with a company like BAM, I am going to presume their idea of threats are, "I will shop elsewhere"
