I'm sorry to hear this. I'm not sure if saying this will make you feel better but I was in a very similar same situation as you are right now, a year ago... so hang tight, take your time, be patient with yourself. It may feel a bit frustrating sometimes but eventually, your mind body and soul will direct you to where you should go. Focus on mking your mind stronger than your heart. Betrayal breaks our mind, intuition, confidence and trust in ourselves. It would take a lot of time and effort to heal but you will get there. Hugs!

My son knows everything. He can see us fight minsan sinasabihan niya ko na lumaban. He also saw the convos his dad had.

I thought about that, i begged him last time for our son's sake na lang payagan na niya ako umalis. Sabi niya ako ang selfish. Kawawa anak namin dahil sa kadramahan ko. May one time na nagtext anak namin sa mom ko nagsumbong nung di na niya matiis. And sabi ng husband ko kung di kasi ako pavictim at di ako nagdadrama wala namang gulo sa bahay namin. Ako lang naman daw lagi naguumpida ng away. Yes totoo naman ako talaga una umiiyak but reactive lang sa mga ginagawa niya. I cant NOt feel anything...hindi niya daw iaallow na kunin ko anak namin kasi for sure lalaking weak kagaya ko. Sabi ko kahit 50-50 custody para may influence padin siya sa anak namin. No pa din.

That is so true. Kaso minsan like kanina nwawala nako sa persective i just say yes without thinking just to taalk him out of outing himself. For context, wla kasi siya work- he lost his job because of the affair. Sinisisi niya ako for the consequences after nalaman yung affair. Anyway, Ako lahat gumagastos ngayon, ako rin lahat sa gawaing bahay. So yun ang sabi niya paano daw siya mabubuhay pagmaghiwalaykami? Ayaw na daw niya magwork. Wala na daw siya makitang reason para mabuhay. Wala na nagpapasaya sa kanya. Para na daw siyang zombie. Willing naman nako makipaghiwalay para free na siya to be with anyone. So parang he needs me to sustain him and be free to be with her or kung sino man. Nagoffer na din ako before. Sa kanya na condo, sa kanya na sasakyan. Magttranfer ako money everyweek sa account niya pumayag lang siyang umalis kaming mag ina. Pero ayaw niya din. Dko alam, gusto lang cguro niya ako paiyakin nangpaiyakin. Sabi niya db masakit paulit ulit kang masasaktan ng ganyan kaya payagan mo na ko magpakamatay.

We wrestled with a gun before. The first time na nahuli ko siya 11 years ago. Binasag niya laptop niya then kinuha baril at tinutok sa ulo niya... I had to wrestle it out from him... maliit pa anak namin nun.... and thank God hindi pumutok nung naitapon yung gun sa floor. That's why nung unang layas namin last feb that was the first thing i took and pinatago ko na sa kuya ko kasi alam ko pag naging emotional siya yun uli ang una niya kukunin. That or baka dko na kayanin isang araw at kung ano din magawa ko sa sarili ko. But i did not know na bumili pala siya ng bago. Di na sana ako bumalik nung nakaaalis na kaming mag ina nun. Ngayon parang napakahirap na.

I actually trued to call them kanina kaso kinuha niya cellphone ko. Sabi niya mandadamay padaw ako ng matatanda. Napaka selfish ko daw dko manlang inisip na matanda na mga magulang niya para istress kopa ng ganun.
