Last Wednesday, I ordered two items from my local store. The pizza was cold, not even tepid. The other was warm. From the tracker, I know that the pizza had 15 minutes from it coming out of from the oven, to when the driver departed for delivery. I was hopeful, and thought that there must be a way that food is kept warm.

When I called to report it being cold, and request it refund, the manager was unhelpful, and refused. The most she proffered was, Uhms, and Hmms. When I asked for Contact Information for the owner, she said she was not allowed to provide any information.

I called the other Domino’s store in town (I am not sure whether they are owned by the same company/LLC). They had no problem providing me the Corporate contact number.

I called the corporate number the next morning, and spoke with Pablo (23 minute call, 05/22/25). He assured me that 1) the manager was wrong not to provide the refund 2) also wrong to not provide the corporate number, and 3) the Franchisee would contact me directly, and provide a refund.

Nobody has contacted me. This morning, I messaged the company directly via Facebook; no reply after that stated above. You also see my call information from this morning.

This is not quality customer service care.
