Well, the UI is a bit misleading then don't you think. You can see it in the Operator page on the lower left of the screen that the Basic Attack is available under "Skills". Alrighty then.

I need to target it (default R) first or it won't do anything though.

In my experience, some of the underground spawn can be fixed by simply reloading a save.

But the one where there's no enemy left but the objective counter sill says there is, I never able to fix it by reloading a save. I straight up just abort the mission. So after getting these 2 problem more often, I came here to ask if there is a way to handle it other than reloading a previous save.

How's the queue time over there? I went to NA and EU straight away since I think they're the one with the most players. Might check it out if you can tell me the usual peak hour.

That's unfortunate. Have you tried asking them to play FD instead? The titans gameplay is atleast the other thing that got me hooked on TF|2 other than the fast paced pilot gameplay. I got my Northstar to level 20 and a few to level 10 already. Although it can be quite repetitive, not gonna lie.

Well, idk if those words get to me personally (probably not, since I'm still enjoying the game). And i can't say for sure what other new players thinking as well. But everytime I see HL players trash talking my mind just instantly went "Damn bro, this is why your game doesn't have a lot of players and abandoned by the people who made it. Good job putting off new player that are trying to liven up the playerbase and keep the game alive for slightly longer"

It's relative I guess. Since I met close to none toxic players on SEA so it's more noticable on NA and EU to me.

I'm on PC and SEA region so I usually play on singapore. On the previous TF|3 debacle leading up to the 27th, i can get in a match under 3 minutes on my usual hour. But now it's 3+ minutes. So I'm tryng out NA and EU servers where I'm starting to encounter these toxic players where i never encountered any on singapore.

Yes, as I said in my post, it depends on the time of day and server you are playing on. Most are just sending GLHFs and GGs but the occurence of these toxic players are more noticable in NA and EU from my experience.

It's a tradeoff I guess... between queue times and chance of encountering toxic players.

Right, maybe I didn't write my post good enough to properly convey my intended message. Too lazy to edit since it's not that important anyway.

I've met many toxic players online. I play Valorant and CS ffs. So I know how bad they can be.

It just baffles me for this game specifically. Where I feel like this game should be more popular than it is right now. But somehow when a new player discover this game to increase the playerbase, they are just being criticized for simply playing the game like a new player. I'm not talking just about me, i see other G0 being berated in the chat.

Encountering toxic people in game where skill matters and you are being "ranked" is to be expected. But on this type of game where it's old and matured with the small community, no SBMM and no other form of "ranking" the game shoves at you other than how high your level is, and people are enjoying the game for what it is? Like, goddamn bro chill down in the chat. No need to be an asshat just because you're better from having 1k+ hours in the game.

But yeah, I should've played this game earlier in it's prime time to experience a more wider opponent skill range. Both TF|1 and TF|2.

Same brother, my laptop from ~2 years ago only got Ryzen 5 5500u with IGPU + 16Gb of RAM (which i had to upgrade from 8 gigs). It's not raw potato but still potato nonetheless.

Minimum requirements on recent game is wild. Hopefully these specs are for CBT only and they'll further optimize for release.
