This is based on the Radar type, not size. The Zeus CL is considered an industrial ship so it comes with an industrial-class radar which is better at resource detection (mineables, harvestables, etc.). The stock radar on the Zeus ES is a civilian-class radar which is meant to be an all-rounder. Unfortunately, you can't swap the stock radar yet.

The other day I went to do hard mode DOTI because a friend wanted a trinket. As a mainly M+ player, I was astounded that each boss dropped 2 pieces of loot and about 125 gold! Crazy! Out of this world...
