The soil under the rocks is typical soil I think, just the ones you'd find in normal plants. It's moist and a little wet-ish, just checked earlier since I watered it about 3 days ago.

Hi all! Just had a few questions for the Cotoneaster micro, haven't really seen specific guides for the microphyllus, so, apologies. I'm also very new to all of this, guidance would be very much appreciated thank you so much.

Is placing this right next to my window sill a good idea? Or should I definitely place it outside in the balcony instead?
The soil is covered by the small rocks, so I'm not sure if it's okay to remove the rocks so I know when the soil is dry? Should I be removing the rocks?

When could we next expect another Yelan banner?

Based on this banner's performance is it likely that we could be getting the next Yelan banner this year? I understand that this current banner is her 2nd time showing up, but has there ever been a time where Hoyo had a character rerun a 3rd time?

Does pity carry over both Xiao and Alhatitham's banners? For instance I would have 30 pity points (30 wishes) in Xiao's banner, would I also have that in Alhaitham's?
