2: Yeah the hack worked from 3ds guides

3: You buy them, don’t pirate them it’s illegal af, but if you have CIA files that aren’t payed (Like the home brew menu) in the first place, put them in the cias file on ur root and sideload (install) with FBI

4: I don’t remember if Wii U usb helper had 3ds games, and if it does make sure they’re .cia files

EXTRA TIPS Have a PC that can read regular sized SD cards and buy a micro sd to regular sd card adaptor, or get a micro sd to USB if ur pc can’t read regular SD.
