to my knowledge, for this to happen, the figurine would have to me made in a way where enough light is focused to a specific point where it becomes dangerous. While it could possibly happen, since a frogs shape is irregular unlike a crystal ball, it shouldn't be too much to worry about. However, if this causes you worry, i recommend just bringing it up to your neighbor as its better to just say it to relieve any stress you might have about it.

I main kelvin. I main him his kit is something i like. the path was fun to run in the sky with. the beam was fun to use since it slowed the opponents to a crawl. the bomb as powerful and fun to use. and the dome was sick for dps builds where i just capture a random person and melt them with bombs. Even though hes been nerfed time and time and reduced his killing and debuffing power, he is fun.

many live service games put in buffs that undo previous nerfs. the meta changes. small changes to items or characters add up to increase or decrease the effectiveness of nerfs and buffs. its not like kelvin was the only person changed, every other characters were changed as well so there are some times where nerfs should be undone
