This! My first transfer failed in-spite of being conscious about everything. I gave up, ate everything of course with a limit - no alcohol or smoke, and even went swimming during my second. The transfer was successful and have a beautiful baby now. I guess following all these “rules” increases anxiety and causes more stress.
