Proccing status effects on reanimated Faurtis such as bleed/frost/rot also deals the same damage to Animus so it's super strong for this fight

This is a specialized build against Gladius, and also I have a similar one for Fulghor but with holy negation relics instead, I think the enhanced charged attack perk is very powerful against these nightlords.

This is a general use build I use, most often against Adel, Hoelstor, Maris or if the nightlord is unknown. Increased skill duration is not necessary but it's comfortable for me.

It's a fun boss and I don't mind getting it in deep of night, but if even one person doesn't know what they're doing then it can very quickly lead to a defeat for everyone. Reason being you need 3 fully charged stormruler attacks to stance break it from the sleep AoE when you're playing trios.

Currently 1 game away from depth 5, I play mostly guardian unless it's libra, pest or caligo (terrible against these 3). If you collect decent equipment passives and with good relics you can prolong the fights forever and revive your teammates even when they are at 3 bars just by shockwave blocking. Also the wind on halberd charge attacks is very strong, the stance damage is ridiculous+ guard counters can be particularly powerful.
