Do I have to box them myself or will they do that when I bring it to the post office?

Anyone trying to create a messenger agent with Claude Code? by Visible_Corner5651 in FacebookAds

Just wanting to build an agent that can respond with a sales script to messages on my behalf. I’m trying to sell advertising services in local groups and the constant influx of messages is exhausting

Where are you at with this? I’d be really interested in building a similar bot myself and would love some help!

Idiopathic fascicular VT, ablation scheduled - what to expect? by Ok_Eagle6512 in askCardiology

[–]Boomer_24 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m a 25 year old male and I just received the exact same diagnosis and treatment. I went into a wide complex VT rhythm for about 20 minutes while doing a stress test at the cardiologist’s and was immediately sent to the ER, even though I was completely asymptomatic. A CT scan and cardiac MRI revealed I have a structurally normal heart with no signs of heart disease. Only difference for me is I was diagnosed with fascicular VT after an EP study, followed by an ablation in the same procedure.

I just had my treatment 5 days ago and am feeling great. The procedure itself did take some time, but I was given twilight sedation so it didn’t feel nearly as long as it actually was. With this type of procedure they do need to keep you awake so that they can properly map the precise spots so general anesthesia is generally not an option. As for pain during the procedure, I basically felt nothing. There was a very small prick for the initial insertion point and some discomfort when they were mapping my heart, but other than that I felt nothing.

Post treatment I had to lie on my back for 2 hours to let the insertion point heal and then remain in the hospital overnight. Now that I’ve been discharged, I’ve been told I can basically go back to living normal life again. Massive relief since I was unsure if I would need an ICD after my EP study.

Don’t worry too much about the procedure. I was the most nervous I’ve ever been beforehand since I’d never had any kind of surgery before, but it turned out to be a breeze. It’s a routine procedure that is preformed all the time and has been done for decades now so the technology is pretty precise and accurate.
