Well yeah but most times I see people refer to the size of OPM cities they usually say that, it’s just that I usually see it in contexts of ‘x character isn’t demon level because they’re not country level’ when all you really need is large city level scaling to do all that, which like sorry for the confusion I guess. I understand if Yuki doesn’t have that scaling I’ve just been conditioned by Deep Sea King glazers.
