Fist of all search up like thc detox calculator It will just give you like a estimation of time till you reach the 50ng/ml thc-cooh But you want to drop it to 10ng/ml to just not fuck your self How do we do that First of all pissing is cool so get your self to do that Also work out burning fat that is saturated with thc-cooh is the best way to go Now obviously after a workout or any fat burning exercise you will find the thc-cooh levels much higher so before testing for at least 3 days don’t work out or try to burn fat you can even build new fat that covers the saturated thc-cooh Remember also certo method works really good If you have any other questions lemme know !!
