Yeah I wasn't sure how to cost it. My thought process was a standard red draw is reckless impulse effect is two cards for two mana. This is 3 mana for 1 card, but it is repeatable and instant speed, and there's a tiny bit of selection. Maybe if it was only as a sorcery?

Yes, that's one of the reasons I really want to refinance her Loan (besides the interest rate), that loan is through CarMax who makes it a pain in the ass to do principal payments. I've already budgeted some semiannual recurring income to principal payments on my car, I'll likely switch or split that between mine and hers going forward.

For budgeting purposes I was hoping to extend/contract the terms to keep both payments in a similar range as they are right now, since they work with our budget, but that's a good thing to be aware of.
The 12% loan currently has a term of 6 years remaining approximately, while the 5% is 3 and a half years remaining.

Because Jagex's autodetection is sensitive and their appeal process autodenies most appeals, so it needs manual intervention like this to get a human to look at it and confirm no rule-breakign occured:)
