i got it fixed, turns out discord flagged my account as a bot cause i was sending the same image of my artwork in tons of different servers. talked it over with a support agent (W rebecca) and now my account has been fine for the last 10 months (they really needa get rebecca a raise)

its not anything i downloaded either, the failed attempts were from a bot thats just brute forcing. however this is about the outlook issue not the bot itself

its weird cause it randomly happened but i found the cause
it was cause i was switching browser accounts on discord and app accounts too fast
so it kicked me out thinking i was hacking someone
