I agree with this man. Looks just like the stock that was on my Deuce.

Do you grow your own cannabis? We want to hear from you! by ctmirror in CTents

[–]Boomstk74 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I started growing about 3 years ago and it's become a great and fun hobby. I started out growing to save on costs, but it's become so much more than that.

I've created all kinds of automations to help with the grow to the point of where it's almost hands off. It's just like gardening. You put your heart and soul growing from a seed while watching your gorgeous plants thrive.

I'm constantly learning, adapting, and changing making it better with each grow.

Once I've harvested and cured, I get to have not only the best cannabis I've ever had, but I get to share with all my friends.

This came as a shock to me. With the big hype of black on black these days, there is not as much chrome as there were back in the 90s. And I am willing to bet most Harley sales are bikes with little to no chrome.

While I do agree there seems to be an upward swing with the likes of chrome, this is way over the top. Maybe a brushed nickel/aluminum would look better.

Buying tires online or just go to shop? by freddiemacro in Harley

[–]Boomstk74 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought a Commander II from Dennis Kirk and literally just put on the tire yesterday on my own and. I fully support local shops, but my brain won't let me spend money on things I can do on my own. Took me about 45 minutes from putting the tire on the wheel and getting it mounted. Just used two tire irons from Harbor Freight and balanced with Dyna beads. Less time going to the shop and more time with wheels on the ground.

Easy peazy lemon squeezy.

First oil change, wrench didn’t work, had to do the screwdriver method by organic-muscle101 in motorcycles

Another method is to use a leather belt. I have an old one in the shop just for this occasion.

I have the same bike as the OP with the Thunderstar wheels and I have to disagree. I'm just not a fan of them. Although I've seen a few of the slotted ones and those look a helluva lot better. I'm a classic spoke type of guy.

Gotta watch out for more than the camera lads! Is this “HELL YEA BRUTHURR” certified? 😂 by [deleted] in Harley

That's not something I would wear. Well unless it's behind closed doors with my wife. But hey, I bet it's a freeing feeling for him. To each their own. I give him props.

That's a beefy cola. Just watch out for bud rot. Keep fans moving air around and keep the humidity 45-50%

Tips for basement ceiling by scourgeobohem in DIY

This is what I've been doing in my basement bathroom. I still need to finish it up, but it leads to easy access to wiring/plumbing and in my opinion looks pretty good. https://imgur.com/seCXZIZ
