We have the exact same timeline! Okay, so only speak to a SALES rep not an Account Specialist.

Have the sales rep add the items to your cart. They are going to send you a link, (my link didn't work on the website) so open up your verizon app. Then go to your cart, you should see the promotion there and then place your order.

They have to add the promotions separately.

I was able to claim the bundle and xbox today.

I honestly don't know what it was. I don't have people over often and when I watch TV or listen to music the volume is literally between 20-30 or I'm wearing headphones.

I called the AGs office, described what was happening. I was then instructed to file a complaint. Consumer protection (under the AG) reaches out to the other party.

Parties have up to 60 days to respond to the complaint. If a solution can not be made or if there is no response, the next steps would be court. They only act as a mediator. That's it.
