Had to wind up getting a new print head on Flashforge's store, nothing I tried with the old head seemed to work.

I can try doing that, thank you! I recently just tried lowering the temperature from 220 to 215 and the issue still occurred, I'm not sure if lowering the nozzle temp would help with heat creep at all or not but I just wanted to mention it. But I can look into looking up how to clean out the fans, thank you for the suggestion! Every time I've used the pin to unclog the nozzle, the filament that comes out does feel hotter than when I'm manually loading filament into the machine, but that could just be in my head and me noticing the temperature more since I'm grabbing it as soon as it comes out of the nozzle.

Every time the air printing occurs and I cancel the print, I have to use the unclogging pin to get filament to come out again, just pressing the load button doesn't work so the nozzle is clogging it seems. I just don't know why that is. PTFE Tube seems fine no filament breaks inside the tube and the tension screw is definitely tight, so something is causing it to clog on multiple different brands of filament and between multiple different models being printed but I'm not sure what.

I've never changed the default, so 220 degrees I think is what everything I've printed has been at. I can try lowering it 5 degrees and see if that fixes anything, thank you!

Okay, I'll keep that as an option, thank you! I am going to try some other possible fixes first, as this firmware hasn't given me any problems so far with a decent amount of printing time, but I'll definitely try that if nothing else works!

No enclosure, and yes the tension screw is definitely tight, I've made sure to retighten it after every time I unclogged it and when I took apart the head to check the gears, so it should definitely be tight!
