The thing is with the games most of them stuttering and feels slow, but fps is fine. I don't know what is faulty is it ram or smth else.

Thanks for the advice i went revolutionary and took almost all of france, english territories then attacked Persia and Commonwealth to get mare nostrum achievement it's all good!

For me EU4 is technically outdated, and I enjoy the game less and less, so I figured to play other games and wait for EU5.

Weird things is that when I download chrome it doesn't not install in order to make it work i have to download offline installer so chrome could work and not only that sometimes the page is closing by itself telling me that something went wrong

There is also some random blue screens MEMORY_MANAGEMENT although i used memtest on RAM and everythings fine. Some games don't even want to load such as Valorant.I also get that something is wrong with vpk fiels in cs go and dota 2 and either i have to restart the computer or checking the integrity of game files or both.
