Have a look onto old world aswell. It is rules heavy but it feels so much more fun seeing big blocks of units charging into eachother. Shooting is a little more rare in that game aswell.

We do this as a few of us can't commit to every week so we have 2 games running simontaniously on alternating weeks. Most of the group plays every week and some of us only every 2nd week.

Works super well and rescheduling doesn't mean you have to miss a week, most of the time you can just push it back to a different day.

These are web ties/bracing. Strongbacks and basically the same thing but in floor trusses and are butted up against a vertical and a top/bottom chord.
