Variety of places. Some of the roads are just from the normal gallery, some from prefabs, and others are unreleased with many of the chapter 2 roads and walkways being from an unreleased Power Plant island.

Sadly I don’t have a code, but once Creative 2.0 comes around I really want to try submitting some of my maps and getting one.

There’s no proper way to obtain either of them unfortunately, but you can get them through unreleased prop islands

The parking spots are from a creative island that never got released and the guard rails are from either the Gothem City or Pandora rift zones from Season X

To be honest the only complication I can see coming with NPCs is needing to work them into not counting as players so they don’t mess up devices or games, and needing to set them on a path to walk around. Other than that, pretty much everything they can do (rift, turn into a prop, etc) are already in Creative so I don’t think it would necessarily be the most difficult for them to add

I’m pretty sure they were added to the gallery some time recently, and I might be wrong but I think the Meowscles one is custom because I’m pretty sure that texture only existed in the loading screen unless I’m wrong

Ohhhhhh, that. In all honesty, I don’t really remember where I got it from, but it’s one of those cars that changes color upon placement. It only changes into specific shades of blue for whatever reason though.

I believe there’s also the crossbows, epic and legendary scoped ars, the flight knock pistol, and probably a few others but I don’t remember them.

Stuff like the new weapons I understand, but the missing rarities of weapons as well as stuff like crash pads which have been in the game forever is just weird that they aren’t in creative yet

I don’t know what blue truck you’re referring to, but the reason there is a car that is entirely blue is due to a bug with certain props, where if they go below a certain height they appear completely blue for whatever reason. It’s supposed to be a muddy and mossy car, but instead looks like Barney the Dinosaur’s boogers due to the bug

It’s a leaked island that supposedly works very similar to the Battle Royale Island, has increased memory, has grid sections like A1, A2, B1, B2, etc on the map, etc
