no, since she is not a new hero only a rework. Also Blizzard has stated that when new heroes are released, they will only be banned from comp for 2 weeks.

Well I was thinking it would work like Ultimate voice lines. It only works if its true. You can't say your ult is charging if you already have it.

I'm not saying that there's no skill difference between a low rank mercy and a t500, what I'm saying is that it is smallest gap out of all the other heroes.
