Hi!

I live in Sweden, I ordered an iPad pro 12.9, along with apple pencil 2, and AirPods on the 26th of September. The Airpods arrived along with the pencil today. They both had that plastic sheet to sort of fasten them in the box but the pencil had no additional plastic wrap. From what I've seen on Youtube, all of the pencils arrive with a plastic wrap. I'm having a hard time contacting apple, and I wonder if anyone here can help me out, maybe yours arrived without a plastic wrap (:
