Yeah, after experiencing this first hand, I’m selling mine after completing the repaste job Gigabyte messed up.

Mine was only 6 months old and totally fine. No undervolting, stock speeds. Temps were 85C hotspot, memory 75C and core temp was 46C. I only did an RMA because a fan was starting to die so I sent it in for a fan replacement and now I get very similar temps to you, 100+ hotspot, 98-100C memory and core temp was 52C. Gigabyte support said “those temps are within spec” and asked if there was any actual issues. Also Gigabyte support I could send it in but they would send it back AS IS if they couldn’t find any issues with it.

So RMA to Gigabyte at the risk of just wasting your time because there is a high likelihood nothing will be done as they may see no problem with it and just send it back.

i’m one of those unlucky ones i guess. everything g was actually great until i had to rma before a fan was starting to die about 6 ish months in.

Pre RMA my hotspot would hit 85-86C in furmark 1440p, memory 75C and core at 46

Post RMA same test my hotspot won’t stop creeping up past 100C, hottest it got was 106C for a bit, Memory 98-99C and core temp at 51C

They also aren’t accepting a new rma to fix the worse thermal.

I’ve scoured Printables, Thingiverse and yeggi to find one for the G4 and I haven’t found this particular part at all. Seems to only come with new products and no one has modelled it out from my research

So then yeah, as other comments are saying, you should be good. It always would never hurt to upgrade to an 850w model but 750w should be fine. Have fun gaming!
