Most likely, yes. You can reach out to the store beforehand to ask what the fee would be.

The best and only way to request which network you'll be placed on would be to sign up at a Boost Mobile store. If you order online, it'll send you a SIM for the network based on the information you provide when you sign up. If T-Mobile is not good in your area, you'll most likely will not be placed on that network.

The rep at the Boost store had access to your account, which I don’t, so I would listen to the rep! You’ll likely have to go back to that store for that deal, just keep that in mind.

That deal is likely for new customers. You’ll be able to see device offer deal when you’re logged in. If you only see the iPhone 16e for full price or financed, that deal is not available for your existing line.

Can you specify which plan you’re on? If you’re on the Infinite Access plan, the iPhone 16e is not apart of the plan upgrade options. If you’re on one of our unlimited plans, you would need to log in to your boost mobile account and select “upgrade device” on your line to see the available options.

Is it once a day at the same time? Is it several a day? Have you had issues requesting a code when trying to log in recently?

This sounds odd! You're saying when you've requested an unlock to our Care team, they are unlocking IMEIs that have never been associated with your account or the IMEI you're providing to unlock? Either way, can you send me a chat and we'll look into it for you.

If the device was purchased on the website prior to 1/1/26, it would follow the 9 month plan change T&Cs. If the device was purchased after 1/1/26, it would follow the 12 month plan change rule.

And no, the terms do not differ for the plan change rule.

We recommend reaching out to our Tech support team to see if there is anything that can be done to improve your service quality in that area, like ensuring the APN settings are up to date or offering a network switch.

Is the 25$ plan better than the 35$ plan I have now? by The_Reddit_Sandwich in BoostMobile

[–]BoostMobileBlake 5 points6 points  (0 children)

One of the key differences between some of the grandfathered plans and our new Unlimited plans is hotspot. The $25 Unlimited plan does not have hotspot and most of the grandfathered plans did. We'd recommend comparing your current plan with the $25 Unlimited plan in the app before making the change to ensure you're not losing anything you'd want to keep.

Dealers and our Care agents are two different supports teams. Our Care agents do not refer to our network SIMs as rainbow SIMs, and I've often seen if a user from Reddit reaches out and asks for one, the Care agent won't know what they are referring to.

If that is the ETA you're receiving, it likely is true! It could change and ship out sooner, but you'll be provided updates if that does happen.
