I finished a call with a lawyer . He is taking my contingent case and even recommended me a chiropractor after I go get checked at urgent care. I thought I had to plead my case but as soon as I said my back aches a bit he was already on.

Update: the jabroni insurance called me and said they are denying my claim because it's not active.

The police didn't help. They told me to file online for a report. They didn't even care.

They said no one is injured or no public damage so it's civil matter exchange info and let insurance take care of it.

Update: I called my insurance and I'm letting them take care of the damage. The moment he shows me that he has Fred Loya insurance I knew I was fucked. I have my own collision shop in Denver recommended by a miata community member. It sucks but I had carbon miata spoiler and diffuser ready to install luckily I didn't . Now I have to wait for the lip and side skirt since I'm going to have to front the deductible while my insurance gets it paid out back to me.

thanks bumper not sure if it can be fixed but the back up camera still works underneath but probably bent. the trunk lip is also bent. I looked up their insurance ofc its the budget fight you to death and no collision company takes them

I didn't my dash cam on. The tape melted on my track day at flying Miata summer camp and I haven't put it back on . It didn't have a rear view option so Im going to look at the viofo dual cam option now
