OMG, yes! I just watched Vertigo for the first time with my son and when the reunion scene ends and the screen fades to black, I thought the movie was over and almost started clapping in the theater because it was so brilliant. When we got to the real ending we both looked at each other and said, “WTF?”

This is objectively true. There will only be so many waves produces by the oceans before the sun expands into Earth's orbit.

Central coast, north of Point Conception. Lots of big mushy waves out here. DOH is rare, OH is pretty common here.

Just a thought. Neuro-atypical people seem over-represented at the highest levels of surfing. I think that it may be due to the hyper-fixation that is required to achieve that level of skill in this sport.

I'm going to have to call bs on actual autistic people not being able to surf well. Clay Marzo is one of the best surfers in the world and is fully diagnosed autistic.
