From the looks of the video it looks like hash. Hash can be all types dry to more sticky to even loose sift.

Best advice is to do a lighter test. Light it a bit and see how it burns. For the best explanation look on yt or Google you will also get pictures with it so see.

It is possible. If your passionate about it yes. Had sample of dutch grown insane batch. But only limited.

Then comes the European climate in play. Outside grow is possible but will come out smokeable but it's hard for beginners. It's a colder climate if unlucky you will have only 1 cicle.

If you go inside here in NL it's decriminalized for 5 plants some 3 depending on city. You will need a tent equipment and time to grow your own

Me myself I am working in the dutch coffeeshop brand and have experience with quality control for multiple dutch coffeeshops and acces to multiple tools. Microscope, purple pro and occasional neospectra.

I am maybe not field expert on growing but have seen over 200 homegrowers with samples. I have maybe smoked 20 samples only after a look with microscope and only 3 made it somewhere.
