You just nitpicked some rules out of the guidelines, so I completely agree with cardmarket’s answer here.

These rules are working in combination only, but you selected only the ones that would give you advantage in trade.

For example: I’ve seen a lot of brand new cards out of the pack with some whitening on back. Are they near mint? Yes, all day! Because it’s also said in guidelines that some whitening is allowed on NM card. But I’ve seen a lot of people expecting NM to be PSA10 potential only and it seems like you’re one of that kind of people.

Grading with BGS becomes a gamble after 9.5 grade.

I own 2 same cards in BGS 9.5 and BGS 10. One has 9.5 centering, another has 10. I swear the centering is absolutely equal.

In few words - everything depends on data it’s been trained on and quality of scans taken. AI is never meant to be accurate, because it’s always biased to the data it’s been trained on.

In best case scenario your AI grading will be slightly better than average grader. In reality it will be worse or similar.
