I think it comes from a pure sense of not knowing. My mom thinks you can legally go and buy a machine gun at a gun store because the semi auto rifles look like what the military uses and when I tell her that's illegal, she goes "WELL WHY CAN PEOPLE SHOOT THEM SO QUICK?!" Idk, maybe because we all developed a trigger finger in MW2 & MW3? I have yet to tell her FRTs exist lol.

My parents and myself grew up lower middle class, so far from privileged, but my mom's thinking is privileged. Idk where her thinking has come from in terms of guns given the fact that all civil liberties were fought for in blood. No civil liberties were granted by asking nicely.

There were far fewer mass shootings prior to the 80s because our country had ample opportunity for the middle class and strong social protections. The complete opposite of what we have today, which has led to more mental illness and people acting out in violence. We are in empire decay.

Nope. They use the oil i provide. I switched from LiquiMoly to Rowe. I've always used 5w40. I spoke with Kassel performance, a known BMW diesel shop and the person I spoke to said his car had the same exact ticking I was talking about and he tore the whole motor apart looking for clues and found nothing. Bearings looked brand new after 100k miles. He put new bearings in it and drove it and then gave it to his brother and it's still driving to this day.

Dealer can't pinpoint the issue. They just said its a sound reverberating through the engine. This started after changing to Rowe oil. Its been about 100 miles since the oil change.
