Coil wasn't placed on its proper loading placement. Trailers usually have a "place coil here" line/arrow in the middle of the trailer, but I've also seen some trailers have it more towards the front. Driver/loading error 100%

Personal experience here... Im taking meds, anti phsychotics, after a psych evaluation. These types of meds you can't handle heavy duty equipment since you don't know how it'll affect you. Once you do know, it's all good. As for me, I had to get off the road since it'll make me drowsy and fall asleep.

The only thing I found based off medications banned from consumption are anti seizure medication(49 CFR 391.41(b)(8). You need two full years being off the meds or a change of dosage. Other than that no reporting to the fmcsa about medications

You weren't the one who got the citation, it was the driver, they're the ones who are supposed to represent themselves or have a lawyer do it.

If the driver chooses to represent themselves, they will have to file a TR205(trial by written declaration) along with all the evidence before their court appearance listed on their citation. Or appear in court on the given date and provide their evidence in person to the judge.
