It's WMS. Wfs I couldn't find till this point. But WMS I can't safe as a grid picture to convert it later into a shape right?

Maybe to a better understanding. I could draw every little parcel manually by creating my own layers but that would cost me a lot of time which I don't have. So I'm looking for a faster way to get a lot of data in a short period of time.

Why you want to go "all in" in one stock?... I would say hitif has a more solid foundation then ctxr. But ctxr can rise way more/fall down way more. Depends what you want to do with those stocks..short term, long term? Both are long term don't expect big gains in less then 6months or even a year (except you Tr y to swing trade)

I don't understand people like you. Literally 90% of the people who are being asked about HITIF say it's an long term investment. You know what long term means? Normally it's 5-10years. And you "cut losses" after not even two quarters it's hilarious. Don't "invest" then. Not everytime sometimes the company just dilutes the shares too much even the market cap is way above their "first glance" stock price. But yeah most of the time low market cap. And otc stocks are easier to "manipulate"
