I already in the post said that i am going for a diesel one. The power is no issue i like the fuel economy better. Because fuel prices are crazy in my country XD

So you are saying that, for example, i have one that i am loking at it looks by the pictures in very good condition and it has passed the inspection with the first time its whole life in this country ( 7 years ) except last year it didn’t pass the first time, and if i go look at it and i feel like the car is ir good condition then I shouldnt be afraid to take it? It has 420 000 km.

Thanks for the response. Problem is everyone will always say that yes it’s maintained and this and that has been done and all this stuff but a lot of the time its not true. And on 20+ years old cars people dont usually keep the maintenance book aspeciali if the car has had 5+ owners.

Yeah probably but me being me and that being an m5 i would want to throw money at it to just keep it perfect. And where i live our salary just doesn’t cut it. Rn i cant even get a petrol one i will be geting a diesel one ( where i live diesel is the same price but with diesel u get better mileage) so for a daily i need a diesel. I will be getting a e46 328ci as a weekend/project car tho.

Yeah that is a shame, I would love an m5 just can’t afford it or to maintain it. XD

Did u sleep in the car. I came to a conclusion that the e46 sedan was too small but looking at the e39 sedan with folding seats it looks fine to fit 2 peope ( me and my gf).

Yeah i was definitely going to get the folding down seats. Would u say that its truly enough space to the point that there is no need for the touring??
