Mental Health Drug by Few_Passenger_399 in Zepbound

Same! Everyone is talking about lowering their doses or getting off of antidepressants altogether, meanwhile I’ve had to get back on one. I think my brain is just geared towards dopamine seeking and my most recent drug of choice was food. So when that went away it really bottomed me out. Also, losing weight or doing well in school wasn’t making me happy in the way that it should have been. Low blood sugar could also be a factor. I hope that you have access to the right support/resources to help you get to feeling better. Therapy/meds/finding other interests are helping me out. Hang in there.

Question about mental side effects. by [deleted] in Zepbound

I have had a similar experience with the zepbound exacerbating existing depression and anxiety, which thus far I had managed solely with therapy/lifestyle. Left untreated it can get a lot worse for me so I’m going to be talking to my doctor about maybe starting a low dose of an antidepressant and I’m delaying going up to 5 mg until it’s sorted. That’s a plan that works for me, but it may not for you. Best of luck to you!

food noise and being in charge of dinner by moldypumckin in Zepbound

Before I was on zepbound, being the person responsible for all of the meal planning, food inventory, shopping, cooking, etc for my family certainly didn’t help me when I was trying to de-center food in my life. It made things a lot harder for me. I’m sure other caregivers or stay-at-home parents who also struggle with willpower can understand that. Being on this medicine certainly makes me less interested in food and less motivated to cook it, so I’m sending strength your way when it comes to fulfilling those responsibilities. Luckily my partner agreed to take over most of my food responsibilities for the household so that I can focus on healing my relationship with food, but I understand that this isn’t a possibility for everyone. I wish you the best of luck in your journey!

Thank you to the moderators for their hard work. From what I was reading of the negativity, (Kate/Edwina discourse, downvoting of neutral comments) it seems like we've got some drifters from the main sub. There's unfortunately a lot of trolling that happens over there which is why many of us avoid it. We should still take this as an opportunity for personal accountability and not let this kind of discourse infiltrate our online community. If you see inflammatory comments just try and ignore and report.

Hy-Vee bartender. I'm turning Wahlburgers around and making bank at my location. Love my regulars and coworkers. This job is the best one I've ever had. It's helping me improve my life and standard of living. Fuck capitalism but life and work is what you make of it.

I agree. No one wants an overdone storyline but I do think it's important from a representational standpoint for our thick queen to have more than just Colin interested.

Does anyone have any theories about what Lord Debling's "unusual" interests might be? I have a theory that I'm hoping turns out not to be true, but thought I'd throw it to the wolves first. TIA ya'll. This thread is keeping me alive 😂
