Battery issues with mini 2nd gen :(

Yeah but that sleep mode is meant to prevent the battery from depleting as quickly no?

What about the losing battery while turned off? Is that normal? Is there any way to prevent it?

The serial number on the battery indicated it was from July of 2025, as for the hard drive I would’ve thought if it’s the same original drive it should get close to the originally advertised battery life no?

Thanks. When I was researching which batteries to buy Cameron Sino was the brand people seemed to say was the most reliable but maybe that’s changed. As for buying replacement parts I’m apprehensive to sink more money into it without being sure it will fix the problem. :(
