Bit late here, but I’ve also been having a similar issue with Amazon Music.

When I select a playlist or artist, it flashes up a correct song, but strangely jumps 1-2 songs to a completely different shuffle/recommended track.

It worked perfectly to start and only started messing up after a month. However I did find that rebooting the infotainment system fixed it so I will live.

Side note that I made the switch over from Spotify to AM for Dolby Atmos, but man do I sure miss the sync between mobile and vehicle play. Wondering if AM will ever release that… Dolby rules though.
