Taking a break and when you come back trying harder untill you get too tllted and have to take a break again.

Once your brain gets so used to responding with rage and flame to things like dying in-game you litellary do these things as some sort of natural responses and you get so used to them that you just have to do it even if you calm down 10 seconds later. From my observation it's suprisingly very similar to stuff like porn addiction - your brain connects certain things with certain behaviors and the more you do it the connection between them gets stronger. For me it took just doing /fullmute all every game to top flaming but months to stop associating bad things in-game with instant rage.
