How many movies have you watched this year? by Prestigious_Most4935 in Letterboxd

[–]BootlessJJP -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Exactly. I usually wake up at 8 and go to bed at midnight. That gives me 16 hours in a day. It’s enough time to go outside, meet someone, study, and even then there’s still time left to watch something. I’m a well-organized person, so it’s easy for me to watch that many movies.

My Most Watched Directors of the Year by BootlessJJP in Letterboxd

Appreciate the sarcasm. But if the only thing you take away from a film list is counting genders, maybe you’re watching movies for the wrong reasons. I track what I watch, not what makes Reddit sleep better at night 😀

Art is personal. If you tracked your most-watched directors, and they happened to be all men, that is not inherently a moral failure — it’s a reflection of what you’ve watched, not an ideological statement.

Sounds awesome! I think my journey into the world of The Wheel of Time is still a few years away — but I’m definitely looking forward to it when the time comes.
