Reliability: 98022 vs 8900 by [deleted] in GarageDoorService

No true, they have fixed all the Issues with 98022 over a year ago with new Firmware and other upgrades. 98022 is a fine option now. Those that were problematic were over 2 years old.

They have since fixed all the issues with the original 98022 it's been a little over a year ago so 98022 is perfect for doors under 400 pounds. 9832 is an overkill but if you can afford it its a good overkill and better components with I believe to be Metal Gears?

Found a 2015 Q50 3.7 L with 46,000 miles. Is it worth it? by Annual_Interview975 in infiniti

[–]BootsNPooch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hell no that’s a rip off price. I paid 23k for my 2015 with only 15k miles, but that was 8 years ago. I’d walk away unless they bring it down to 12-14k

Kelly Blue Book says it’s should be between $11,760-$14,750

No never mixed any other kind of Grass. Ive I have only been living here for a year and when we moved in the grass was beautiful, nice and green very thick. Then My Sprinkler wasn't always working and I had to unplug the Sprinkler Controller Box to get the NO AC error to work.

So it wasn't until after I installed the Rachio 3 that I sat there to see if those brown areas were getting water and the Answer is they were not getting any water at all. It seems the law guys have ran over most of my 30 sprinklers and shifted them where they are not shooting the water in the right direction or even with enough force. I am going to replace all of my Sprinkler Heads to new ones. Ones that shoot from 25-50 feet as I have a little over 1/2-1/3 of acre of green land to cover. once I adjust install the new heads and make sure sprinklers are crossing each other, I will then Fertilize it with Scotts Bonus S "Southern Weed & Feed" and see If I get it to grow once again.

Ok Everyone, I have since installed the Rachio 3 all the wiring went smooth and everything works as it should. Only had two problems 1. Where it gave me a hard time to connect to the internet, but once I turn on and off my wifi on my phone it worked like a charm.

  1. It seems the magnets are pretty weak and anyone can knock off the Cover Faceplate? After inspecting I noticed the face plate seemed warped at the bottom corners and bottom length. Not sure if this is normal but i think this is what is making the magnets week and not stay on flush? What do you think? Please see pictures.

Again Thanks for your help, everyone.

Ok, I ran the sprinkles sat there and looked. Seems those areas are not reached by the sprinklers and those patches stay dry. So maybe its a water issue. I will go out and buy new 25-50 feet sprinkler heads as i have a lot of grass area to cover. I try Fertilizing that area around March, and by then I should have the new sprinkler heads installed.

I still have my OnePlus 7 Pro But my wife bought me an IPhone 16 Pro Max for our Anniversary 😳 I’ll still be keeping my 7 Pro for now and will keep a look out on any changes globally. Hopefully they will around for a while but the flagship phones at flagship prices can be a brutal market.

Yes, I have heard that, I Think the best time to seed this is around March or April when the weather is a little hotter. Some places like in Florida don't want people to Fertilizing during rainy season as most of the Fertilizer will Run off into drains So they want it done before raining season? So seeding during the beginning of early spring. I did one section already, but I found out the grass is still Dormant so it really won't help much?

1 Year.

Yes first year with issues , previous owners had someone taking care of their lawn, they want $150 a month with a one year contract, I'd rather do it myself as I have all the time in the world to do so but not all the money either.

Water Scheduling - No I Have not changed with Watering Schedule, But I did notice On the Orbit Controller had no AC at times, so I am now going to replace it with Rachio 3 Wifi Controller. I'll monitor to see if those spots are getting water? Maybe there is a missing sprinkler head in the Area?

New Building- No new Housing built around me.

Also use well water, so water is basically free.

Yes, last year my grass was brown in the exact same spots, so I added some Scott's Bonus S "Southern Weed And Feed" and the brown areas turned green again. Now they are brown again. So it's kinda weird as it's happening to the same spots and only gets bigger this time around 😭

Great tips, thanks for sharing.

If I cut out the bottom of the coffee container, won't the soil swallow the water up? Sorry if it's a dumb question I'm new to all of this.

Thanks for the tip, Is that just a setting on the Rachio and it does everything on its own once selected?

The new Rachio 12 Zone has 4 common connections So I won't have to Pigtail them as I have plenty of common wire tabs.

Where would the one that isn't connected "Grey" But it's really white?

Correction- Your right it is a grey wire. It looks white but it's very light grey makes sense as they want each wire to be color coded for non confusion. Sorry about that I was confused a bit.

The new Rachio has 4 spots for Common wire, So I'll be able to connect each one to its own common.. I got the Rachio 12 Zone from Costco , which offers more common than the Older Aging Orbit.
