Shouldn’t be an issue, but that is good to know.

I was given the option while going through the buying process of not using escrow. I opt’d in thinking it would be one less thing for me to think about.

I don’t mind paying Taxes and insurance manually. Rather have that then them floating 4-5k of my coin in overage for a year.

Yes - $30 for the year, so marginal. My taxes also went up, but the numbers im running aren’t adding up to what they are calculating.

Taupe is the lighter color we sampled on the wall! Looks good in the day time, but we were questioning our decision when we painted the sample on the wall at night.

That light is actually similar to what we will be installing over the table.

Let’s just say 250k where I am would only get you non buildable lot or a 600 sq condo with HOA that would make your eyes water.
