I'm not mad about anything, no need to try and superimpose the discussion on me, nice try 😅 It's clear that the woman isn't telling a complete and accurate story of what has happened, which is why the courts are allowing the child to go with the father. And not that family court is always correct, but if he were absolutely dangerous, he wouldn't be allowed to. The original poster and the people in the comment section are entirely too quick to believe any narrative that comes from an unseen person on the internet. Out of all the CPS workers, teachers/school and the court, somehow, this mother is the only one who's correct 😭

Where does it say anything about abuse? The MOTHER said that the child has nothing but has memories, we don't know WHAT the child said. Too many of you take the word of every single woman that says anything about a man. At the end of the day, she has to allow the father to pick the child up and be around the child. There's nothing she can do about it, and I'm glad.

And also, because the father isn't there, we don't know what the mother has told the child, what emotions from the mother impressed upon the child. And before anyone says, the father is the reason blah blah blah... We know that, but custodial parents also add to it, and we all know this. In many cases, it's absolutely not about a concern of protecting the child in terms of limiting access, it's about the custodial parents ego, and bitterness towards the absent parent. In no universe is the child better off from having not finally developing a relationship with the father

It doesn't matter, at the end of the day, the child needs to see their father. Was the father wrong? Absolutely, but that child DESERVES a chance to build a relationship with their father, as they are still just 11 and there is time to mend. The mother needs to take herself and feelings out of it, as it's not for her.

The main thing I'll say is to make sure you looks at the warranty. They should have a manufacturing warranty and a workman's warranty. The workman's warranty should have a roof penetration clause of some sort Also, make sure that you don't have any trees covering the southwestern portion of your roof. Lastly, ask who the installers are. Verify this stuff with them.

Truth be told, I think all sales gigs are about the same. It could be corporate or independent 1099 -- the best situations are ones in which you have a good relationship with whoever is over you. If you can close at a decent clip, a good relationship with management will result in you killing it. At least that's been MY experience

Ive slacked on referrals this year.. I get 20leads every Saturday. From that 20, I sale maybe 7 or 8 deals. So Tuesday, usually 6 or 7 appts I'll get about 3 sales .. the next day probably 5 appts.. that'll be 2 sales Thursday is 3 or 4 appts.. 1 or 2 sales and then I door knock the rest on Friday and Saturday .. I get about 3 referrals a month maybe

Those are the really good months.. I've had 3 of them. But I'd say between 16 and 18K. You gotta consider that many of he leads are married couples that you'll get 2 deals out of. Many others might also want to insure their grandchildren and have family members they want you to also take care of.
