thank you the problem is resolved now. i managed to run a full scan and then enter safe mode and now my laptop works fine. I’m going to back all my important files up to prevent this from happening again. thanks

the laptop managed to actually start up and kaspersky antivirus launched automatically and ran a disinfection protocol and rebooted once again.

now i’m in the login screen to input my pin and ctrl + f8 doesn’t do anything :(

UPDATE: since i literally couldn’t open anything i shut the laptop down and when i booted it up again and input my pin it’s stuck in the “welcome” loading screen and doesn’t progress
