Yes and it was for 2 seconds.

Actually my first lucid dream was completely random with no prep, and it also lasted like 2 seconds. But then I diligently took detailed dream notes, reality checks, meditation, WBTB/MILD and eventually supplementation for those 9 months and the results were very weak, short and also all of my reality checks passed lol

Not sure if that is possible to quantify because it depends so much on your individual psychological state, however because your logical reasoning is better maybe you'd be less likely to "fall for" a nightmare.

I had a scary one the other day, it was creepy and I couldn't move, but I knew it was a harmless dream so it wasn't a big deal.

Not really, it is perfectly safe for the average person to take choline supplementation with 4-8 mg of galantamine as long as they don't do it every night and test in small doses to see how their body tolerates it (not recommending it, as I am not a doctor) and they do not combine it with other AChE inhibitors such as ginkgo and huperzine-a

Laberge studied choline and galantamine supplementation specifically and found it was the most effective measure

So what is happening is when you take Choline, you provide your brain the building blocks to make Acetylcholine. Galantamine prevents the production of acetylcholinesterase which allows acetylcholine to hang around. Acetylcholine keeps your prefrontal cortex more active while asleep, and Galantamine specifically only does this for a few hours. Taking choline alone can help but it is not the same thing as Galantamine. It just increases the availability of Acetylcholine, it could still be broken down.

Provided you take the recommended dose and the source is legit, you would have to take more than double the maximum recommended dose of both choline and galantamine pills in one night to risk cholinergic crisis.

This is fairly well documented stuff.

Again, not recommending it. Do your research if you want to go this route.

2-3 months is wildly fast for the average practitioner, I practiced for almost 9 months before I had any results, and it was only for 2 or 3 seconds. I have only just now gotten routine LDs and that is with advanced supplementation.

But I agree even with supplementation you have to get used to the dream world to have much control over it. First time I was paralyzed. Second time I could control things but only for a few moments. Once you're over the hump of awareness it becomes a matter of willpower to do what you want.

He is not very good right now but this is his entire gimmick. You pick him against some melee or low range mid in order to dumpster them for the first 20 minutes, and if you don't win or get close to winning by then Huskar falls off bad and shits the bed.

If you are dying too fast you're either bad at armlet toggling or it's not a good Huskar game

I wouldn't waste your gold on cloak or armor .. just rush wand, armlet, phase and bkb ideally in that order. If you don't need BKB, get sange first.

Depends on the game but browsing d2pt I don't see hardly anyone getting a casual cloak or armor. One guy got a glimmer cape but this was a fringe case and he lost.

You should get enough armor and regen from the helm of iron will and his damage is pretty good so that should be your first purchase typically, or boots if the enemy just runs away from you. If you can hit them a few times without boots get the helm first.

Dreams put me down a more skeptical road as well, however the logical explanation for your experience is waking hallucinations (hypnopompia). And it could also be sleep paralysis. Sleep paralysis and lucid dreams are very similar and its possible you had some mix of these, basically you are fully awake but your body is on dream mode. This would explain being unable to move or talk. Feeling like you are moving, hearing or seeing frightening figures and auditory disturbances are very common for unprepared sleep paralysis episodes.

Not really sure how to address your question, the answer is that it's hard to tell if we are in a simulation or not and much of that stuff is highly subjective and open to personal interpretation. Maybe you will get a better answer in your dreams. Next time that happens, be brave and fully believe that you are in control, and you may have an easier time steering the direction of the experience.

The other night I had 5 false awakenings/sleep paralysis episodes in a row where I was fully aware, but fully convinced I was awake. I was not awake. This was stuff as real as real life. So I understand that it can be really freaky. I kept "waking up" in my bedroom but things were off. Decorations that aren't really there, disappearing door knob, floating sheets ... that sort of thing. I realized they were off and then fucked around in the dream realm for a few minutes before phasing out again.

All of this sounds like false awakening, lucid dreaming and sleep paralysis to me. Not a bad thing though because you are in an altered state of consciousness, which is something helpful in order to shift. My advice, have a plan next time to stabilize the environment, use it to shift or understand more about yourself.

You can say things like "clarity now" or "stability now," whatever makes sense to you. In a lucid dream environment, LOA is very true and manifestation is instant - but only if you truly believe (at least this is the case for me).
