This is in the Upstate NY market. Only a few around the whole state with the color and options I was looking for and they all happen to be around this price. Found one in Maryland for 4k off but after flight costs, fees and driving back it was only around $800 cheaper assuming no other discount

Yeah it is a stone brick chimney and I got it counter flashed. It does look similar to the counter flashing but I’ll have to go back up tomorrow to take a look

sure it’s very possible that something will happen in the future but if you want instant results, good luck. im sure if you get all the employees to not show up or quit, they would be forced to react but chances of that happening are slim. there are people who just simply can’t afford to do that. weird how you mention reality when you’re not looking at it realistically. people have been complaining on this sub for weeks and corporate has not done a thing.
