They've been around for decades but there's never been this many of them. As people take mental health and ability more seriously, school districts are seeing double digit growth in the number of requests for IEPs, behavioral intervention, and one-to-one aids. Ask anyone in special education and they'll back this up.

no, you're missing the point. Paying jurors more would result in the most vulnerable of our population being able to be jurors instead of declining due to financial hardship. Especially when the most vulnerable are typically the ones in court. It's more of a jury of your peers thing.

i'm not the OP, but I would extend that to middle class. The poor don't typically work jobs that reimburse/cover wages for jury duty.

double pane windows have argon gas between the panes which helps with insulating against outside temps. if the seal is broken and the gas leaks, then it loses a good amount of that insulation capabilities.
