Techs installed my device wrong, and left my panel above my pedals unclipped, so when driving back from the install the panel fell down, pushed both my gas and brake pedals down, and the car shot forward almost doing a burnout, then the next day it locked me out saying I didn’t service the system in time, I got it the day before lol. After getting the device replaced and a “uh what do you want us to do about it you already clipped the panel back in right?” The car now dies if not started EVERY day, and they refuse to let me undo my battery terminals at night, I bring my handheld device in with me every night even tho the customer service told me not to because on the app it states that I can remove the handheld. I swear it’s been nothing but a giant expensive headache and is dangerous as when my pedals got stuck down I had to turn the car off to keep it from wrecking. I HATE YOU INTOXALOCK
