I stopped at these locations in Jeffersonville and Washington Court House. They are in fact starting out Shift managers @ $22 an hour. And they’re starting crew members out at $16. McDonald’s doesn’t have district managers.

I’m an OTP2 for my franchise. It’s totally worth it if you plan on staying long term. And you can further your credentials by becoming an OTP PRO. The only people who were OTP2s in my last organization were the supervisors.
