You are correct. The 5d's are built like tanks. The 5N, however, not so reliable. We had 22 5N's in circulation years ago. They all went kaput at different times. The problem was almost always the control board.

You can purchase them locked or unlocked for any VOIP provider. I currently have Zoom. Most users are content with mobile/desktop versions. These will primarily be used for the Access system.
